Online Therapy Packages:
Email Therapy consists of therapeutic email conversations.
This service starts out with an introduction email where we get to know each other.
You can tell us what you would like to work on and how you are feeling. Then
begins the therapy.
You and your therapist will correspond with questions and feedback.
This service costs $25 per therapist reply.

Monthly therapeutic support
consists of unlimited monthly email support.
Your therapist will maintain email correspondence with you throughout the month and will reply to your email within an agreed upon time frame.
This service is for the person on the go that wants to receive support, but does not have the time to receive regularly scheduled online therapy.
Please note that our therapists will always try to answer your email as quickly as possible, but at times, they will need to attend to other client's needs, so your patience is appreciated in this program.
This service costs $200 per month and paid on a per month basis.

Text based online therapy
is conducted in a private, secure chat room with your therapist.
This type of therapy is for those that want their therapy more
interactive than email support.
You will meet your therapist online in a secure server.
This is strictly confidential and is considered a therapy session.
This service is $45 per 50 minute session.

Telephone Therapy
is for those people that do not have access to a computer or can be combined with webcam therapy. This usually consists of a 50 minute session one time per week. You and your therapist will arrange a time to talk and your therapist will call you at the time of the session. This service costs $80 per session.

Audio/video online therapy:
This is for the person who wants therapy without going to a therapist's office.
For this service you will need a webcam and a microphone.
If you live in the United States and do not have a microphone,
we can conduct the session with a webcam using the telephone for the audio.
This is similar to the text based sessions and will be conducted in a
secure chat room. At the start of the session, your therapist will send you a
link and a password. This is just like being in your therapist's office,
except you get stay in the comfort of your own home.
This service costs $80 per 50 minute session.

At this time, Complete Counseling Solutions accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Single Sessions: A typical session lasts 50 minutes and can be conducted either online, via e-mail or by phone.
Multiple Session Packages: Knowing that most people require more that just a single session, we've created multiple session packages so that we may offer you a discount. The number and frequency of sessions will be decided by you and your therapist together. If you decide to get a package of 6 or more of any of these above services, you will receive a 10% discount. Purchase more and the discount increases. Talk to your therapist for more information.
Monthly plan: The majority of people seeking our help need assistance as an ongoing effort. Our monthly plan will cover all your therapy needs - as agreed between you and your therapist - for a full month. You will be able to access your counselor either online, by e-mail and/or by phone -- whatever is most convenient for the both of you. Prices vary, talk to your therapist for more details.
