Pregnant again-Damn!!!!!

It hasnt been a year yet and i'm prgnant again. I just took a at home test and before the indicator line lite the positive sign highlighted. now i wrote you back and sept. and told you that i had a ecptopic pregn. I only have 1 tube now. And pardon my language i'm scared "Sh**less". I made a doctors appointment to see what is going on. I'm wondering if the fertitly pills my mother bought me from the health food store increased my chances. I dont want to have another miscarriage this would be my fourth in a row. I should have know something was wrong with me especially when i'm usuallyon time with my period. Do you think, after i go to the doctor to see if there is something "really" there that i should get rid of it?
