Hi everyone! My name is Pamela and I'm a newbie to the forums. I couldn't find an introduction sub-forum, so I figured I'd start up an intro with me kindly asking for advice.
Anyway, I've been trying to lose weight for the past 6 months. While I've been successful in losing weight (I've lost about 20lbs, so far), my body isn't losing ANYMORE weight. It's really odd. It's as if my body has lost its motivation or halted no matter how much I continue my work out and no matter how little food I take in. Someone DID tell me that sometimes the body does this, but I don't know how to jump start my metabolism again. Anyone have any thoughts?
