What have you tried?
The only real way to loose weight is to have your mind/body/spirit in a positve mind frame in order to start the process. Diet and exercise, moderate eating, small portions, eating healthy is the only real way to loose weight.
Of course there are thousands of fad diets out there, but all they do is what I just said to do. If you are serious about this, you need to change your outlook, start an exercise plan and eat fulling foods in order to burn the calories.
One misconception about maintaining a healthy weight is that you DO need to eat in order to lose. If you deprive your body of natural resources, your body will get mad at you and react.
Drink lots of water, it is the best filler up out there and it is necessary for your weight loss. |
