mental abuse, please help

I have gotten back involved with my ex girlfirend and she has been seeing other people. I get sad when she does that and get jealous cause it makes me feel like I am not enough but, I am in love with her. She says the jealousy and guilt I cause her is me being a mental abuser. I don't call her names or drag her down. I am always trying to show her that everything she does is amazing and that she is golden. What do I do. I can't walk away from her so that isnt an option. Please help.

Walking away seems to me the only option. I don't sugar coat things in here, tell it how it is.

She is cheating on you and telling you that you are mentally abusing her? Dont' see much of a future there.

Why can't you leave her?

did you ever ask why she's cheating? I'm sure you're not the problem but that might give you some insight as to why she does what she does and may help you get some closure when you decide that it's time to leave. Believe me, you have nothing to be guilty about if you've done everything right!
