how do i handle this

my wife of 5 years recently left me for a co worker because of "lack of motivation" on my end to move forward with a career or education. she has been cheating on me for 3 months with this person and lead me on the whole time we were having problems saying she wanted to work things out. then we settled on a trial separation so i left the state and she had me take our 2 kids with me. a week later i found out she was seeing this other person and she wants to give me full custody of the kids i was very much in love and as hurt as i am right now i cant stop thinking about her she has a past of when a problem arises in a relationship she moves on to another person before she ends her current one and has done this at least 3 times in the past that i know of. i feel very hurt that she did this we always spoke that if she or i ever fell out of love there would be no cheating but she did it anyway. im having a very hard time coping with this as i am now caring after 2 children and she is 2 states away already living with this other person and seeming happy while i pick up the pieces. please any advice would be great imm so tired of feeling this hurt

i know this will not stop the hurt but you did nothing wrong. your wife decided for both of you that the marriage was over and send you and the kids packaging.

not sure where there is room to work there.
