I NEED HELP LETTING GO AFTER 5 YRS...

I met a man on Feb 14th 2002. I had no idea i would fall so in love with him. He went back to his ex wife and then left her like twice so we would see each other on and off. He has admitted that he loves me. I am now with another man and love him a lot. But i am honest with myself. I Think of this other man every day. I love him so deeply it hurts. This old b/f now lives with his grandmother in another town 3 hours away. He sometimes will messege me online and tell me that i love him and i just need to admitt it and leave my b/f and come and be with him. But when i try to contact again he wont reply or speak to me for months. I think it is time to try and forget and move on. Is this possible.. Someone help me b4 i have (another) breakdown.

Yes of course it is possible and he had his opportunity with you. It is hard to fully committ to someone when you still have feelings for someone else. when and if you completely let go of the past is when you can move forward in the future. not easy to do, but necessary to do.
