Seroquel makes me too groggy. I have been on depakote but not really long enough to know how it affected me. Does anyone have any personal experience with either one of these? I'm thinking of asking to try depakote again.

i have taken seroquel XR and i didn't really work good for me either, messed me all up.. but everyones body chemistry is diffrent. The seroquel made me hungry all of the time.. i would fall asleep and not even know it.
i agree though it did make me groggy too, the other one might take a while before you see a diffrence when i got my meds changed almost always seen some sort of diffrence, some of them made me worse at first, so it just depends on how your body reacts to them..
