Have you been diaganosed with ADHD? If you are curious if you have it or not, you can go to the assessment section and take the assessment on ADHD. There are a couple of different types of medications out there. As far as the best, it will be up to you and your doctor to determine what works best for you. I suggest that you consult a psychatrist immediately if you feel like you need to be on medications.
