Depressed and feleing like a failure

I need help..I am so depressed and alone. Marriage is sufering and I feel like a total failure

need more info. what's going on that is making you feel that way? do you suffer from clinical depression or is this situational?

Well I am a 50 year old man married 26 years 3 kids...Came out to my wife and I have become so depressed and alone....My wife gets so angry when things go wrong and we fight....I am feeling so helpless

came out, you told her you are gay? if that is not what you meant please explain. is this just problems in your marriage? Do you have friends?

Yes I told her I am Gay. There are other problems and they all stem from that...I have no friends since I couldn't maintain a friendships since i was so depressed all the time...pathetic

I have been diagnosed with clinical depression that seems to be aggravted by situations coming up

are you on medication or/and in counseling? what is the status of your marriage? are you 2 still together.

I can't afford the prices therapists charge. money is tight two kids in college one in private high school I am not currently on medication since I am not seeing a doctor. My primary care phyisican won't prescribe meds unless he talks to a therapist which I don't have.

what about the wife sitution. any support groups in your area for men in your situation. is it just that you came out or other things? should't you be relieved/happy that you can be who you want to be?
