Hello I am a 32 yr old male married with kids and come from a family of 3 bro. and 1 sis. i am the youngest. I have 3 kids. all seems normal and it is on all external factors and i have to deal from an addiction from my past, pornography. As a young boy i was introduce or shown to masturbate and till today i still do and i want to change that i cant seem to be able to. i have seek religion as help to me and it has but i have to repent from time to time. it comes back is like a deep desire to look at porn on internet and now i fear it might be getting stronger, i found websites where you can show your body on cam and others can watch me.i am a confident guy and athletic but have this secret that i want to try to overcome. i dont want to be unfaithful to my wife and never have, only on the intenet. can you help? give me some guidance. by the way thank you for caring so much i found you by reading on the internet and found articles you wrote, you are a special person God bless you.

Does your wife know about this? Have you ever been in a support group for additions? Can you say what you mean by addition?

my wife doesnt know i still strugle with it. years ago i told her about me having looked at porn and that i would stop, and that ended there. after that i havent told her that i have aproblem with it that is recurrent. no i have not been on a support group i i find it hard to be in one due to my popularity i wouldnt want to expose myself. what i mean by addiction is that it feels like i need it or have become dependant as if i cant let a year go by without looking at it.

Define a year because an addition to me is something that drastically interferes with your life. How does your wife feel about porn? How do you feel about sharing your porn with her? Sometimes when you take the intrigue and sneekyness out of something, it does not seem so appealing anymore.

I GUESS IS NOT A BIG ADDICTION LIKE THAT, BUT I GUESS I CONSIDER IT AN ADICTION BECAUSE I DO IT EVEN THOUGH I WISH I CUOLD NOT DO IT ANYMORE. MY WIFE I GUESS SEES PORN AS MORALLY WRONG BUT I DO HAVE TO SAY THIS LAST YEAR WE DID SOMETHING WE HAD NEVER EXPIRIENCED AND WE BOTH AGREED IT WASNT THE RIGHT THING TO DO, WHICH WAS THAT WE BOTH WATCH PORN AND WE HAD SEX AFTER THAT WE ENJOYED AT THE MOMENT. No, I do not, it is a sexual act. Do you think sex is morally wrong? Please do not think that I am advocating you watching porn all the time, but it seems like we have moved into a different discussion about what is right and wrong to do when it comes to sexual acts.
