My poor partner is all im thinking
Ok so besides medication what else could i practise to set me in the right direction? I go for walks to try boost my seretonin levels and go sit on the beach and read or swim or just sit sometimes. What else can i do when those options arent available, im willing to try |

| you could try to meditatate or think of something that relaxes you such as relaxation techniques. you are in control of your mind/body/spirit just give yourself the benefit of the doubt and trust your self |
