My poor partner is all im thinking Very Happy
Ok so besides medication what else could i practise to set me in the right direction? I go for walks to try boost my seretonin levels and go sit on the beach and read or swim or just sit sometimes. What else can i do when those options arent available, im willing to try

you could try to meditatate or think of something that relaxes you such as relaxation techniques. you are in control of your mind/body/spirit just give yourself the benefit of the doubt and trust your self
