Nope, you are just making the right decision for yourself and trying to do the right thing for yourself and not others. I would say that is positive improvement!!  |

Thank you. That's what I told her when I said that I wasnt going was for me and not because she will be there. Her not seeing me for a year will be great for me. That will just bring memories back and possibly start things over again.
I think you are helping me alot. My co worker at work still thinks I act the same. I even ask help from my friends that died who are in the cemetary not far from our house. |

| why are you mad at yourself? What did you do that made you mad at yourself? Not sure going or not going is punishing, you will have to figure out that one. |

I am mad at myself cause I sent emails to her that upset her and I almost got her into trouble. That's why I dont know if I want to go or not.
I'm probably the wrost person you have talked to on here arent I? |

| It is okay to be mad at yourself for something, when it interferes with your daily functioning, then that turns into something different. Just do what you feel is right because that is the only way that you can learn to trust your own judgement about things |
