Sad Crying or Very sad
I have depression with occassional medical delusion/anxiety.
I have severe heat intolerance. I can not be out in the sun long.
I have gotten gradually worse as people don't believe I'm getting worse.
My doctors haven't observed me after exercise. I'm going to meet with them this week. I'm tired of my family and doctors telling me this is in my head. It's physical. I have been trying to get myself exposed to more heat
and live with it and be in the sun.. But, it has made me worse with each exposure. I had a recent bad exposure to heat. Now when I walk indoors for 20 minutes half my body feels chilly cold to the touch. I don't want to get any sicker. I need support. Please listen to me. Please help.

what are you currently doing to help your depression? I don't understand how the heat thing and the depression go together. Can you explain what you mean by anxiety/delusions?

I take an anti-depressant and antipsychotic for my depression. Sometimes when I'm ill I think its worse than it really is.(anxiety/delusion)
But, I have had many symptoms of heat intolerance. When I exercise my skin feels cold and chilly to the touch on half my body (my core, arms, and part of my legs at top). My doctors have never seen my symptoms.

I have been diagnosed with heat intolerance. Sometimes I might overreact to how I'm feeling. But, the illness is real.

I'm keeping busy with volunteering and classes. I'm currently unemployed.

so what is it that you need support for, in your first post you just said that you want someone to listen. Need some info to do that. What kind of volunteering do you do?
