That would be possible for me. But it was only the one hallucination so far. I guess I'm saying I would rather not. Last time I was in therapy they screwed up and called my house and left a message after I had instructed them not too. Plus they will probably be pushing medication which I am not really keen on.
Do I really need to get checked out based on one incident or can I afford to wait to see if there are more? |

| you tell me. sounds as if you have been in therapy before and you know yourself. my answer would be yes it can't hurt but that's your call. hate to hear therapy situations like yours since it ruins you of getting the help that you need. |
