| not with this, doesn't work that way, any program or any company would rather you be properly diagnosed and on the right treatment than any other way about it. the people that end up in the hospital are the ones that don't take the medications, it is your choice but you have a condition just as if you were diabitec or had heart trouble. if you had to take insulin everyday would you? it is the same thing. problems in the head as you say are real and don't just get fixed with thinking. when you are stable on medication then you can start working on fixing your problems but you need to learn what stable/normal is before you go forward. it is up to you of course but this is not going to go away, just keep on getting worse. |

im also very 'jumpy', i stop dead in my tracks or my heart skipps a beat if a dog so much as sneezes or if someone moves suddenly next to me i automatically flinch. i also have trouble sleeping despite how tired i am.
are these related to the biopolar II or are they just my individual difference? |

| there is only one way to find out for sure, to get a proper diagnosis and get on the right track. even if you choose to not take medication which would not be advisable at least you will know for sure. |
