no problemo, everyone needs help it is the people that do not ask for help are the ones that are in the most trouble. if you can ask for help that is half the battle.

Everybody needs help, we are social creatures and need to rely on others to survive. The ones that do not ask for help do not survive because life is way too hard to do all by yourself. I used to work at a place where a client of mine called his mental health team his "dream team". He had someone to take care of each aspect of his life that was necessary. There are times when you have to do things yourself, but there are also times when others need to take over. The balance is learning when to try and when to ask for help.

nope, you only go to the hospital if you are a threat to yourself or others, everything else is managed on an outpatient basis. I always say that the ones that are crazy are the ones that do not know what is wrong with them or know and do not take care of themselves, not the ones that seek help they are the sanest of them all.

it is a scary thing, but you have been living with voices in your head and surviving, i think you can handle anything after that.
