give us alittle more about you and your life. are you working? school? do you have a relationship, what is your life like. are these feelings new or something that you have always felt.

have you ever suffered from depression in the past? Anxiety is under the umbrella of depression, but you could also just be tired of what is going on in your life and need a kick start to something better.

i am a stay at home mother, my husband works and i take some college classes online. me and my husband actually have a great relationship and i have been in love with him since we were young.
i dont feel like this all the time but a lot of the time and i know ive been like this for a few years (that i remember, but it could have been longer) i did suffer from depression in the past, mostly because of a death in my family and then postpardom but with that i was always crying and sad.

is it the same feeling as when you had postpardum? are you satisfied in your role as homemaker and part-time college student. you can take our assessments on depression and anxiety in the assessment section to see if you are indeed either depressed or anxious. can you afford medication if that is needed?

this weekend everything was normal and then i got the feeling. its this awful feeling like im really alone and isolated and no one is there. in reality there was a lot of people around me. but on the inside i am feeling very panicy and alone. eventually it passes but the hours i feel like that is almost unbearable. what can i do from stopping these feelings (i dont really know what they are) and there is no indication i will feel like this.

what are you doing to try to relax on a daily basis? Your feelings could be social anxiety or the beginnings of a panic attack, need more information before telling you what to do.

there is no relaxing when i feel that way, i have to go someplace and do something (it doesnt really help but i dont get any lower). when i get like this i HAVE to have my husband hold me and stay with me, i cant be alone or i start pacing and really getting bad feelings like lonelyness and despare.
this weekend when it started it was just me and the kids and husband at home watching amovie.
i always have some time to myself when kids go to school take nap or when i go to the store and husband watches kids.

Do you have health insurance or access to a mental health facitility to possible get on medication if you needed too? Relaxation is not for that time, it is for way before you get like this so it doesn't happen.

family doctors can prescribe anxiety medications. no it just doesn't happen, somehow you build up to it and you need to recognize your pattern of stress, anxiety in order to stop that pattern and stop the attacks, time to become aware of yourself and your mind/body/spirit connections.
