sounds as if you have this anxiety thing down pat you are worrying about all the what ifs and if you keep on doing that, you will drive yourself nutty. for each situation you need to give yourself a safe plan to get yourself out of if you feel uncomfortable.

depression is the cause of anxiety and it would be a good idea to get that under control before you travel as well.
